The AuMi Radiance is an end-to-end electric two-wheeler platform designed in Coimbatore for both urban cargo delivery and daily commuting. Unlike off-the-shelf conversions, the Radiance starts from a purpose-designed frame that integrates the battery pack, wiring harness and controller into a single, structurally optimised assembly.
The 48 V lithium-ion battery system is managed by a smart BMS that tracks cell-level state-of-charge, temperature and balancing in real time. The BLDC motor is controlled by AuMi's own ECU platform using FOC algorithms for smooth torque delivery and regenerative braking.
All vehicle subsystems — motor controller, BMS, display and charger — communicate over a CAN bus, enabling integrated diagnostics, remote monitoring and OTA firmware updates. The platform is designed with a clear roadmap to AIS-156 certification for the Indian market.
